OH MY GOSH!!!!!! I dont know if any of you watch this show but OMG! Last night was the season finale and I bawled! And the ending totally left you hanging and it was so dramatic. Everyone was beind deployed so that of course was very hard to watch. This is such a great show though and I hate when seasons end, but at least new ones are starting this next month!!
Speaking of deployments, Luis is leaving in January. Meaning we have about 4 months left. He already had to pack a tough box last night to already ship off to Afganisistan. Apparenlty it takes up to 4 months to get there. Which means mail will be very slow getting there and receiving. I'm already very nervous, scared, emotional, and everything else you can think of. It's so hard to deal with this, especially now having a child and having Daddy leave for 15 months, i dont even know how to cope with being the 'single parent' this go around. It's always just been me but this time it's going to be harder. I do plan on going back to TX but the emotions are just crazy. Please keep us in your prayers. These next few months are going to be hard, but thankfully he will be here for the holidays which we plan to make extra special and memorable. Ok, I'm done for now but trust me, there will be many more of these sad posts.

oh kari--truly do not know what to say but that you and your family will be in my prayers and in my thoughts and praying for your strength. you are amazing momma.
We will take care of you two girls, we always have and we always will. You've done it before and you can do it again - we're here for you and we (as a family) will do whatever it takes to help get you through this. I know it's hard (I can't even imagine!) but you're a strong girl, you'll make it through.
