I have lost 4lbs and 1% body fat in one week!! Just had to share and hope to encourage others!
Something she said today "Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym!" Whoa, that's my big problem area is my mid section, so guess i need to lose all the fat around it, which is what I eat, not how I work out! Good to know! but this just gave me more motivation to keep on with eating better and working out! I have about 3 months to go!!
