Happy Valentines

Little late posting but just a few pictures from Valentine's Day. I baked Ashlyn some strawberry cupcakes for LOVE day and she did love them, the icing part anyway. Then she and I received flowers from Daddy. He sent her red tulips with blue irises and me red roses. That evening Luis and I went on our date night to see "Valentines Day" the movie and ate a wonderful meal at Pappadeaux.

Pregnancy update.

This is me at 25 weeks and 4 days. This little girl sure is sticking it to me! ha. My next appointment is at 28 weeks. I will get another ultrasound and the Friday before will be my glucose test. joy! I'm counting down the days, which they seem to be creaping by slowly. I just can't wait to see this new baby girl and have her in my arms not in my belly!

24 weeks and counting...

I am 24 weeks and counting!! I would totally be okay with delivering right now, I'm so done with being pregnant lol. Not meaning this is it for the kiddos just that I don't feel like being pregnant anymore. I feel like I'm full term already and I still have 4 months to go! Pregnancy is just not as glorious on me is it is on others. I envy those women who loved being pregnant and had no aches or pains or complaints. So not me! lol My back is killing me! Sometimes where I can barely walk and nothing helps. I'm now having more trouble breathing and getting comfortable. So I'm happy that I'm in my 6 month already, one more closer to seeing my beautiful baby Mallory.

I recently bought a white, wooden cradle off of Craigslist, which I love! It's in perfect condition and in my room already, just need to find bedding. I can't wait to see her and hold her.

We are also anticipating April 23rd. Which is when Luis graduates from APD. That will be good timing mainly for pay raise before baby comes. Then we can finally start thinking about moving into our own place, probably rental until we can buy a house in the next year or two. But we have run out of space here and I'm sure my parents would love some empty rooms for a change. It's been a hard year but we know that God has great things in store for us and patience will pay off down the road.

Anxiousness!

I'm so anxious I can't stand it. I find out tomorrow what the sex of this baby is!! I keep dreaming different things. Once it was they said it was a girl then as they kept looking saw a pee pee and said it was a boy. Last night another dream saying "they THINK it's a boy" by looking a bones in his legs, uh OKAY! No help from my dreams.
My husband was supposed to be able to go with me now he can't so that makes me sad. I'm not telling my family or friends until Christmas day! But I can't wait I'm so excited to find out!!
I'll be posting again soon with the results!!!

Just a little update

Everything is going good here. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!! So excited for Christmas to roll around. I can't believe how fast it snuck up on me. Not a lot has been going on. My niece had a baby boy last week so that has been keeping me busy and at the same time giving me my baby fix I need! I'm so ready to have this baby!! I just want him/her here already to hold. We find out what we are having on Monday 21st. But holding that information until Christmas where we will surprise the family and all of you :) I'm feeling good. I have some bad backpain that hits every once in awhile and some pretty killer headaches, other than that it's going okay. I wish I could be one of those non complaining pregnant women, but that's just not me :) We had a great Thanksgiving with both of our families. Thurs was at my aunt's house on the lake and Friday we left for Laredo to be with Luis' family and Samantha. Ashlyn has been missing her so it was good to finally see her again. She is growing to be such a pretty young girl. Silly me didnt take a picture though :( She too is excited that I'm having another baby. Here are some recent pictures of us.
