So its 10:45, went into the room to put on my pjs, notice Ashlyn is still awake, I tell her to go to sleep. I tell Luis she is still awake so he goes in there to kiss her...
She had her panties on (I had put on her pullups that she wears only at night) he asked her why she was awake. She said she had to put her panties on. So confused,he started feeling on her and asked her where her pullups were and she said "in the trash"
So... In the dark and in her bed she knew she had to pee, so she got up took off her pullups, peed on the floor (that part I don't understand unless she couldn't figure out what to do in the dark) lol, She walked to the bathroom put her pullups in what she thought was the trash but was the toilet, put on her panties and got back in bed haha. Poor baby girl, never once did she try to tell us. So back into her pullups and back to bed.

Greetings from Gatlinburg
Hey Girlies...
I am writing from our hotel room, yay for free internet. I'm feeding my craving....BLOGGING! Ahh it's been awhile.
We decided to take a impromtu family vacation to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, TN! We arrived late tonight but from what we have seen the place is amazing!! Ashlyn is dying to go to the Ripley's Aquarium so that's our first stop tomorrow morning after breakfast.
I have been wanting to take this trip since we moved here over 3 years ago and now 2 weeks before we leave, we finally made it here! lol Better late than never!
I will have TONS of pictures, once I take them, so stay tuned. We'll head back on Sunday.
Other news....
We should be leaving here in about 2 weeks or so. It's exciting but bittersweet too. Once we get home by blog title will have to change...no longer an Army wife :( So again, stay tuned to my new title, still not sure what that will be ;) We are still waiting for the APD to make up it's mind whether or not they will hold this new class' academy. Due to budget cuts and City Management putting a hiring freeze in Austin, APD has had to push back the class. So it's still up in the air right now. Please pray for us on that.
Ok well I better get to bed, long day tomorrow and we lost an hour once we got here. Yay I blogged, I feel so much better now! haha.
Y'all need to update yours!! After all this time of me not having access and I log on and no one has updated, shame shame! haha.

Happy New Year
Hello all my lovely ladies! (I know no guys read this! ha) I have missed you all! I got a blackberry so I'm able to check my email/myspace and facebook but I cant get on to blogger and that's what I love most!!
Things are going well here. We are just waiting to pack up and head back to Texas. Plans have changed, go figure, we are now leaving first week of February (bummer).

Still here
I'm still here :) We have been enjoying our time together. Of course Ashlyn has her daddy wrapped around every single finger and toe she has, ha.
Christmas was nice and quiet, all about Ashlyn this year although we did get ourselves new blackberrys which I am loving so now I can get internet on that since I dont have it in the apartment so feel free to email ;)
Luis' aunt and uncle live here so we had Christmas dinner at their house which was very yummy. (Sorry I forgot to bring my card to upload the pics).
We plan to spend New Years Eve at home just enjoying eachother with a bottle of Beachaven's finest wine, a local winery here in town.

He is home, he is safe, we are HAPPY! It's been a great few days and a great Christmas to have Luis home. Ashlyn is all about Dadddy and won't let him out of her site!

He's on his way!
So all I know that is Luis has left, at least I hope he has. I will be getting a call from him or from our rear detachment informing me of the time of arrival. My heart is pounding with anticipation. He will be home before Christmas! What a great time of year to welcome a soldier home. I can't wait to see the look on Ashlyn's face when her daddy is finally home!! Dont worry I will be posting pictures of the homecoming at some point this year ;)
