Ashlyn's "Under the Sea" birthday party

Ashlyn's birthday was a success. Her theme was Mermaid/Under the Sea. She had all her cousins and friends and best of all, her sister Sammi was here which made the day complete. She also had her first sleep over that night which she loved. Although a full day of bday party with no nap and bedtime after 10:30 had her awake at 2am and restless for hours...not fun.

My little girl turns 3

Happy Birthday to my brown eyed girl. I can't believe she is already 3. To think, next year she can go to school!! Ahhh that terrifies me. She brings so much joy to my life. She makes me laugh everyday. She is my sidekick and I don't know what I would do without her in my life.

We had family in town the day of her birthday and it was a Monday, so we just did cake at home that day and let her swim with cousins. She chose to have strawberry shortcake so that is what she had. We then took her to Kiddie Acres the next night with Isaiah which she always loves to do. Her mermaid swim party will be this weekend so that should be a lot of fun.
